The clinic is not for beginner pistol shooters.
Cost is $20 for club members, $30 for guests. Scoring will be kept and results posted.
Setup for the clinic is on Saturday. Volunteer help on Saturday is greatly appreciated. Saturday participation offers a preview of the stages.
Participants should be comfortable and experienced with drawing their pistol safely from a holster, exercise safe muzzle discipline and have the basic equipment as outlined below. We will cover both USPSA and IDPA competition rules and safety.
Shooters will need a safe and functioning handgun (typically semi-auto), 200-300 rounds of ammo, three magazines, holster, secure belt and at least two magazine holders on their belt (three max for IDPA).
The links below provide information on USPSA and IDPA divisions and rules.
